1. Summary of Your Privacy Rights

Pursuant to GDPR Article 15–22 and the Indian DPDP Act 2023

Right to Access (Subject Access Request)

You can request confirmation of whether we process your data and obtain a full copy of your profile, quote submissions, and project records.

Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten')

You have the absolute right to request permanent deletion of your contact details, lead history, and uploaded project site photos.

Right to Rectification & Correction

If your contact details, GST number, or project site address are inaccurate, you can request an immediate update.

Right to Object & Marketing Opt-Out

You can unsubscribe from all marketing emails, SMS, or WhatsApp promotional notifications at any time with a single click.

Right to Data Portability

Request your solar system sizing report, feasibility assessment data, and personal details in a structured format.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Withdraw consent previously granted for processing your lead information or analytics tracking at any time.

2. Meta / Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Required Meta Platform Developer Compliance Standard

Meta Verified

If you interacted with Upvoltage Solutions via Facebook Lead Ads, Facebook Login, or connected Meta apps, Meta Platform Rules require us to provide explicit instructions on how you can request deletion of your cached or saved user data.

Option A: Revoke Access Directly on Facebook (Automated Method)
  1. Log in to your Facebook Account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites.
  4. Locate Upvoltage Solutions in the list of active apps.
  5. Click Remove to revoke all future access and trigger Meta's automatic data deletion callback request.
  6. You can check your status in the Removed Apps & Websites tab to receive a Meta Deletion Confirmation Code.
Option B: Request Direct Manual Data Erasure from Upvoltage

If you submitted a lead form or quote request and wish for Upvoltage to immediately delete your record from our internal CRM and database:

Send an email to: solar@upvoltage.co.in

Subject Line: Meta Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]

Message Body: Please include your Name, Phone Number/Email submitted, and Facebook Profile link (if applicable).

Our Data Protection Officer will process your request and issue a written deletion confirmation within 30 days.

3. Google Account Permissions & Data Revocation

Google OAuth & API Services User Data Compliance

If you authenticated using Google Sign-In or shared information via Google Lead Services, you can revoke Upvoltage's access directly from your Google Security Portal:

  1. Visit your Google Account Third-Party Connections page.
  2. Find Upvoltage Solutions under Apps with access to your account.
  3. Click See Details and select Remove Access.
  4. Submit a manual erasure request to solar@upvoltage.co.in if you also require offline database purging.

To prevent fraudulent requests and safeguard your data, we require identity verification prior to fulfilling data erasure or export requests. Please specify:

  • Your Full Legal Name & Company Name
  • Email Address or Phone Number used during enquiry
  • Type of request: Data Deletion, Data Export, Correction, or Opt-Out
  • Project Site location (if applicable)
